Developments & Visitors

Development Milestones
Allison is on track with normal development milestones. She may even be earlier than normal on some. So far, she is able to:
  • closely tracking objects that interest her like toys and focusing intently on faces.
  • smile at faces when she is happy
  • talk a little, have conversations with you
  • hold her head up without support
  • bring her hands to her mouth
  • push down with her legs if held in a standing position. Also does this in lying position against whatever she is laying on.
She's drooling now, and licking her hand. She sticks out her tongue a lot too. She is getting better at tummy time, too, lifting her head up and using arms. Some of the things to look forward to next are: babbling, laughing, holding toys, rolling over, bouncing on legs with support. Also, a more stable overnight sleep.

Visitors
We've had a number of visitors over to meet baby Allison and I want to take this moment to show pictures. Thank you for your gifts of food or presents!
